Collection of Information
When you use our website, we collect and store the personal information you provide to us. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to offer services and features that are tailored to your needs and enhance the overall safety and ease of your experience. In doing so, we collect personal information that we deem necessary for achieving these purposes.
Currently, we accept Cash On Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer as payment methods for orders.
We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days.
All items purchased from Printed Mobile Covers are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass on to you upon delivery.
We have a one-way agreement with TCS Pakistan, which means there is no option for return or refund. However, if you receive a faulty product, such as a cover fitting issue, wrong printing, scratches on printing, wrong delivery, wrong product, damage during transit, or an incomplete package, you must inform us about these discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receiving the product.
In the above-mentioned conditions, we will provide you with a free mobile cover and free print. You also have the option to change the design free of charge.
Please note that a TCS fee of Rs 250 applies for return orders. Buyers are responsible for paying the TCS fee when they receive their refund order.
We do not offer refunds. Only returns are available as per the specified return policy.
